Through this website we (Ekawisata.com) provide an online platform through which visitors can make reservations for activities in Bali, Lombok, Gili Islands, Nusa Penida, and around Java. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the transportation/service provider, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant provider and sending you a confirmation email on their behalf.

We are not responsible for any misrepresentations, breaches of contract, or legal violations by the providers whose services are offered through us. We are also not liable for incidents due to provider errors or failures (including their employees or agents), such as personal injury, illness, or death. While we strive to provide accurate information based on provider data, we do not conduct quality checks on providers. Any claims should be directed to the relevant provider.
